About the Web Designer / Developer internship position
Yayin AI Lab is recognized by startup DIPP India. We are currently designing a keyboard primarily focused on Indian languages. We are looking for interns to collaborate with us on a 12-week program, recruitment will be on a rolling basis. Applications are closed for now.
We appreciate candidates who love to tinker [or] design electronic products [or] explore new computing technology stacks.
Although this is an unpaid position, interns with splendid work ethics will be rewarded with a small stipend upon completion.
We are looking for a student with zeal for the coding or web design.
You will help building and content writing in our/client websites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
Responsibilities are:

Produce well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

Build website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

Prepare website documentation.

Maintain, expand, and scale our/client sites as assigned
Requirements are:

Academic experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Javascript, HTML, Java, Python, or PHP.

Knowledge of modern HTML/CSS, Javascript frameworks.

Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation process

Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach

Enrolled in BS or B.Tech in Computer Science or other related area with atleast two semesters remaining in the degree program.
